Building Deadly Kong
Deadly Kong consists of:
8 Sprues
2 Body Halves
1 Chest Plate
1 Chest Plate Guard
1 Eye Lens
1 Forehead Lens *take care not to throw this away as it's loose in the bag*
1 Motor
22 Red Caps
1 Sticker Sheet
1 Pilot
1 Instruction Manual

The sticker sheet is unique with this version of Kong having the large "eye" sticker that adorns the Hell's Box.

The build begins with placing the three piece chest together followed by the insertion of the standard Iron Kong neck movement mechanism. The completed chest plate, along with the two body halves then encompass the main motor unit. Two plates are inserted at the top that will eventually serve as mounts for Hell's Coffin.

The chest and body halves are held in place via two traditional Kong clips. A third half-circle clip is placed just above the neck.

Shown complete below.

The head is then formed.

The top is then completed encasing that aforementioned easy to loose lens.

Next each facial guard plate is positioned.

The head attaches to the body via one cap, and arm assembly then begins starting with the upper arm.

The fist and forearm round out the arm assembly on the left hand.

Next, the right arm is assembled via the same process.

Construction then begins on the left foot which starts with placing two pieces on the lower body, the leg is then finished by adding two supports, and the actual foot.

The same process is repeated for the opposite side to form the right leg.

Next 8 pieces of armor adorn the right arm.

Moving onto the left arm another 8 pieces are placed including the arm bandages.

4 additional armor plates are placed on the left foot.

4 plates also adorn the right foot.

Next, the claws that rest inside Hell's Box are formed.

Two sets are completed and positioned inside Hell's Box.

Now, the right forearm weapon is constructed via 3 pieces and placed on the forearm.

The build ends with placing Hell's Box on Deadly Kong's back.
