I found this to be interesting. I received a Heavy Arms Konig Wolf kit from Japan that I had Celga broker for me, and inside the kit was this credit card application complete with Yuji Kaida artwork!  Inside is the normal application that one can fill out to apply for the card.

Don't leave home without it!
